Staff Excellence

The workforce crisis is our greatest challenge. Competitive wages, meaningful training, and supportive culture determine whether we can recruit and retain the extraordinary people who provide extraordinary care.

Areas of Impact

Staff Excellence

The workforce crisis is our greatest challenge. Competitive wages, meaningful training, and supportive culture determine whether we can recruit and retain the extraordinary people who provide extraordinary care.

Facility Support
(Home Needs)

Our 40+ residents deserve safe, welcoming homes with functioning heating, reliable roofs, and spaces that feel dignified—not institutional.

Growth and
Sustainability

Early Intervention has waitlists. Adults with disabilities need more housing options. Growing sustainably means adding staff positions, piloting new programs, and expanding to underserved areas—work philanthropy makes possible.

Quality, Dignity, and Full Life Experiences

Independence means more than basic care—it means joining a gym, visiting museums, trying adaptive sports, or celebrating birthdays with friends. These experiences build confidence, community connection, and joy.

Technology and Operational Resilience

Reliable systems may not be glamorous, but they're essential. Reliable infrastructure isn't just about technology. It's about safety, quality care, and ensuring long-term stability of Strawberry Fields.
