Two members of the Strawberry Fields team have been recognized by Devereux for their outstanding dedication to the people we serve and their commitment to our mission.

Brandy Roane, Mental Health Program Supervisor, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Supervisory Excellence Award. The award recognizes supervisors who demonstrate exceptional leadership and create positive, supportive work environments.

Brandy leads by example and works to foster a workplace that is respectful, flexible, and encouraging. She is dedicated to helping her team members grow and achieve their personal and professional goals, making a meaningful impact on both her colleagues and the people we serve.

Chris McLellan, Mental Health Case Manager, has being recognized as a recipient of the Thomas Donovan Culture of Caring Award. This award honors staff members who go above and beyond each day to help the people they serve reach their full and unique potential. Through her exemplary service and dedication, Chris embodies the spirit of caring at the heart of Strawberry Fields’ mission. Her commitment to supporting the people we serve makes a difference every day.

We are proud to have Brandy and Chris as members of Team Strawberry and grateful for the dedication, compassion, and leadership they bring to their work.
